Leading independent London scaffolding contractor, Coventry Scaffolding, is proud to announce it has been granted a new Royal Warrant of Appointment to His Majesty King Charles III.
As a Royal Warrant Holder under Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II since 2005, Coventry Scaffolding is proud to continue its role as a trusted supplier of scaffolding services to the Royal Household under the new reign.
Coventry’s Chairman and Royal Warrant Grantee, Paul Hanifan, says, “Receiving the Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King is a proud moment for us. This honour recognises our commitment to excellence, reliability, safety, quality craftsmanship and sustainability, in providing scaffolding services for over five decades.”
The new appointment comes just as Coventry is set to celebrate another milestone in 2025 – its 75th anniversary. Established in 1950, in the aftermath of World War II, the second-generation family business has seen many changes over the years, from economic shifts to advancements in technology. One of the most prominent changes in recent years, and a key focus of the King, is the importance of sustainability.
“Ensuring our work is sustainable has always been one of the core pillars of the business,” says Paul Hanifan. “We do everything we can to reduce our environmental impact, including minimising and recycling waste and sourcing timber from sustainable suppliers. For our 70th anniversary, we planted 70 trees in the National Forest to replenish some of the resources we’ve used over the years, and we plan to plant a further 75 trees for our upcoming anniversary in 2025.”
For Coventry Scaffolding, being granted the Royal Warrant is a mark of the company’s high levels of quality and service, and a testament to the dedication of its hardworking team, many of whom have been with the business for several decades.
