Key Responsibilities
Supervise site staff, ensuring they receive appropriate training and instruction (including inductions and toolbox talks).
Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, wear company-branded PPE, and comply with the Safety Management System
Oversee work quality, ensuring all projects meet or exceed industry standards
Conduct regular scaffold inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
Support the estimating team and provide regular reports to senior management on health, safety, and operational matters.
Requirements:
Minimum three years' experience as a supervisor, or an advanced scaffolder with SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Proficient in IT systems.
Possess a valid driving licence (a clean record is preferred).
Ability to obtain security clearance, as the role involves working on some of London’s most sensitive buildings.
Willingness to work alternate Saturdays during peak periods, with occasional Sunday availability.
